As with any budding farm or business, we’ve faced many challenges. We’ve had extreme weather events including wild temperature swings. Failed seed crops and wildlife snacking that all we can do is learn from and laugh at.
Aside from the beehives, I’m working on starting lavender at a medium scale, a peony garden, cut flower beds, and vegetables & herbs. Don’t worry, honey production is still a top priority.
